Key Responsibilities

• Work independently in a remote, performance-based environment
• Generate leads using digital advertising and content strategy (training provided)
• Conduct short qualifying interviews over Zoom or phone
• Support and guide new team partners and community members
• Join weekly team training calls via Zoom

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5–10+ years of experience in content creation, copywriting, marketing, or digital storytelling
• Clear communicator with strong written and verbal skills
• Confident working solo and managing your own time
• Interested in personal development, leadership, or meaningful work
• Comfortable using basic tech platforms (email, social media, Zoom)
• Fluent in English
