Job Description

Description We are looking for a skilled Data Reporting Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Palm Desert, California. This role requires a highly organized individual with strong analytical skills to manage data migration and reporting tasks. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data processing within our systems. Responsibilities: - Transfer data from Excel spreadsheets into specialized software systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness. - Utilize advanced Excel formulas to organize and process data effectively. - Maintain high levels of precision during data entry and verification to uphold data integrity. - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless integration of data across platforms. - Manage and update records within the Jonas Club software. - Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies in data reporting processes. - Operate provided equipment for efficient data entry tasks. - Support the team with administrative tasks, including document organization and proofreading. - Follow established procedures to maintain consistent and organized data management practices. Requirements - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with advanced knowledge of formulas and functions. - Demonstrated ability to type quickly and accurately. - Familiarity with Jonas Club software is preferred but not required. - Strong organizational skills for managing data and ensuring process efficiency. - Keen attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of data. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - At least 3 years of experience in data reporting, data entry, or related roles. - Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
