**Job Title: Facility Technician** **Job Description** This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of a university facility. The primary responsibilities include ensuring that the facility is well-kept, clean, and presentable at all times. **Responsibilities** + Perform regular cleaning and sweeping of the university facility. + Manage waste removal efficiently by taking out trash as needed. + Engage in general janitorial duties to ensure a hygienic environment. + Conduct routine facility maintenance and cleaning tasks, including vacuuming. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in using cleaning tools such as mops, brooms, and vacuums. + Experience in janitorial duties and facility maintenance. **Why Work Here?** The position offers an excellent benefits package once you transition to a permanent role after four months. The role is for the second shift, with working hours from 4 PM to 12:30 AM, Monday through Friday. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aliso Viejo, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.25 - $17.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
