Location: Providence, RI
Salary Range: $120-160k based on experience

Schedule & Environment:

• Monday 10a–7p, Tuesday–Friday 8a–5p (No shift work – you finish when your last patient does)
• 4 patient-facing days / 1 admin day (admin day can be remote, but must be locally available for meetings)
• On-call: Light rotation every 7–8 weeks

We’re seeking an experienced and independent Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a progressive, mission-driven primary care clinic in Providence, RI. The clinic is known for its LGBTQ+ affirming care, robust sexual health services, and community-centered model.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide comprehensive primary care with an emphasis on LGBTQ+ and sexual health
• Deliver affirming, culturally responsive care to gender and sexual minorities, as well as Latinx and racially diverse patients
• Manage STI/HIV prevention, screening, and treatment
• Participate in clinic initiatives including harm reduction, behavioral health integration, and public health research
• Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer and clinical team

Requirements:

• 5+ years of post-training experience
• Ability to work independently in a full-scope outpatient setting
• Preferred experience: Primary care, Gender-affirming care, Sexual health/STI/HIV care
• Strong EMR proficiency (Athenahealth a plus)
• PMHNP or Psych NP background is a big plus!
• Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese a plus
• Experience serving underserved or marginalized populations
• Comfortable in a fast-paced clinic with public health and research ties

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
