Position: Solution Architect SAP S4/Hana-PP Reports to: Director of IT
Location: EAM-Mosca Corp, Hazle Township, PA. Flexible remote schedule possible after onboarding.

Job Summary: The Solution Architect SAP S4/Hana’s initial focus will be on the preparation and implementation of SAP in the EAM Mosca locations in the US, Mexico and Canada. Longer term the position will continue to serve the optimization, development and growth of SAP for EAM Mosca and will support Mosca world-wide.
Roles and Responsibilities: - Architecture and Design: Develop and implement SAP S4/HANA solutions with a broad focus across multiple SAP modules, in particular Production Planning (PP) and other operations modules.
- Project Management: Lead and coordinate SAP projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business departments to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Integration: Ensure seamless integration of SAP PP with other SAP modules. Master data preparation in existing ERP.
- Report Development: Knowledge and experience in developing report/KPI dashboards/stories in PowerBI and/or SAC.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation and specifications.
- Support: Provide 2nd-level support and troubleshoot complex SAP PP issues.
- Training: Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and project teams.
- Travel: Ability to travel internationally (incl. Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Malaysia, Germany) up to 40% required around implementation and training programs.
Profile and Background: - Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as: Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Operations Management, etc.
- Knowledge: Deep knowledge of SAP S4HANA and the Production Planning (PP) module. ABAP programming knowledge is an advantage.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP architecture, particularly in the PP module.
- Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Further language skills in Spanish or German are highly beneficial. Ability to explain complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate in interdisciplinary teams and support the global SAP team in the group.
- Certification: SAP, Project Management Certification(s) are highly beneficial.
