Job Description

• Dallas to Paris, TX (also includes Tyler, McKinney, Garland, Rockwall). Candidate can live in Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Irving, or Grapevine.

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base in the Dallas territory.
• Create and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
• Conduct regular meetings and presentations to educate healthcare providers about products and services.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities.
• Provide training and support to clients and staff regarding product usage and best practices.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, activities, and market analysis.
• Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company and increase brand awareness.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare market, particularly in cardiology and arrhythmias.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

• Preferred 3-5 years of experience in a sales role within the medical device or healthcare industry.
• Pharma or B2B sales with a proven track record of success.
• Experience in managing a territory and achieving sales goals.
• Established network within the healthcare community in the Dallas area.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the medical field.
